It has an original blocking system that allows you to work with active and passive techniques in the frontal plane. It can also be used as a sliding and pivoting board, with one or two axes. The Side pegboard is a small-sized polyethylene element with all its holes perforated. It is an element that allows great possibilities in 3D exercises. Some MAPS techniques can be intense and not without risk. We always recommend that treatments be performed by a professional trained in MAPS techniques. That’s why we have developed training with quality accreditation.
What can I do if the material gets damaged?
At MAPS, we have renewal and upgrade kits, which are described on this page. On social media, we explain how to keep the material in good condition.
Can you work with A2 tables without having A1 tables?
The Mini Kit is the only one that can be used as if it were an A1 material, but under no circumstances will you be able to perform A2 techniques without an A1 Kit with the Original table.
